What is this world coming to? More specifically, what is the U.S. Military coming to? A U.S. Marine Corps recruiter was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of having sex with a 15-year-old girl he met through his recruiting work at an area high school.
The girl’s father found suggestive photos on her cell phone and alerted police. The investigation led to 26-year-old Staff Sgt. Trevor Hooper of Clearfield. Hooper, an Iraq war veteran who has been awarded two Marine Corps Good Conduct Medals, allegedly took the girl to a motel for their sex. If proven true, he will be looking at many designations in the future but good conduct guy will not be among them.
